Anomaly #0016 "Doombringer's Boss" is a highly dangerous and powerful anomalous entity that appears in servers to terrorize players, usually appearing as a tall and imposing red robloxian figure with a screaming burnt corpse for a face, though many have described it as a tankish and brutish creature with burnt skin and a screaming burnt face.

The reason for the second image's description has been identified as a gas emitted by the device you are playing on when encountering #0016, said gas is odorless and has no real identifying features, when it gets into the nervous system it causes you to see things that aren't there, and makes #0016 much more horrifying to encounter, and also causes you to sweat much more.

When #0016 appears in a server the clocktime will be set to night, an instant feeling of paranoia and dread will overtake the player in the server with it. After it appears, #0016 will begin terrorizing players, screaming and emitting uncomfortable wails as it hunts for you, once it inevitably finds the player it is looking for it will engage in a "boss fight" with them, in which the player is required to avoid #0016 and attack it until it stops fighting, after it stop fighting it will mark you as "worthy" for later. #0016 will then request something, anything, but usually it has been reported as photographs, memories, prized items, body parts, blood, and organs. Once the requested item is presented to #0016, it will leave you alone and the gas emitted will cause you to fall unconscious. When you wake up the presented item will be gone, and so will #0016.

There are a few scenarios you want to avoid at all costs, these are: Running away, turning off your computer, dying while fighting #0016, and failing to give #0016 it's requested items. If you do any of these things the device you use will power off, and for the next 7 days you will begin to experience very painful and miserable symptoms, such as: Ear bleeds, nosebleeds, mouthbleeds, joint pains, chest pains, coughing fits, soar throat, sudden night pains, night terrors, sleep paralysis, auditory hallucinations, visual hallucinations, scratch marks on your body and scratch marks on the walls of your home, and lastly, after 7 days have passed, the victim will turn up dead with a horribly burnt face.
