Trying to find the game through means like the internet archive or other ways lead to dead ends, with the game having almost no traces left except for what R.A. staff have documented and found. The game's thumbnail is described and shown to be an open door leading to a living room with only one visible couch in frame. The reason why david made the game is unknown, along with the reasoning of why the game is the only one with a thumbnail when trying to look at it through the internet archive.

"#0017" is shown to be a dark map with strange buildings and objects around spawn. The only known interactible object within the game is a computer which screen changes colors when clicking the green button thats on the monitor itself. The whole game is encased in a thick black fog, and the sky has no stars or moon in sight.

A player has documented that the game once randomly gained ambience, and the hospital building was strangely blocked off, with a shadow-like NPC within it. Unblocking the enterance of the hospital made the NPC rush the player and eventually killed them. Leaving them to be constantly killed by the NPC until they left.
